I'm a mystic, medicine woman & mentor who specializes in curating sacred spaces for women to access the deepest parts of their body, spirit & psyche - so they can experience whole woman liberation from the inside, out.

My work offers emotional, physical, and spiritual components to hold all of you through the full spectrum of a deeply embodied transformational experience.

MY METHOD

is a convergence of ancient feminine wisdom, world class female body research, the study of wealth psychology, and most of all: LIVED EXPERIENCE.

 

I provide coaching, mentorship, and multidimensional guidance through virtual online group offerings.

My in person work offers the support of hands on shamanic healing, pelvic care, plant medicine, women's circles, and luxurious single client retreat experiences.

I've walked my own version of the path that I invite you on—

 Guiding you from the embodied wisdom gained from alchemizing chronic symptoms, the impact of childhood trauma, DV, assault, and navigating my sister's death by suicide.... into a life full of purpose, vitality, and divine love.

 

Merging science & spirit, intellect & intuition, I provide practical yet profound guidance for irreversible transformation that impacts every facet of your life.
