Your Somatic Ceremony Venue
Step into the organic medicine of the natural world...
Unless otherwise arranged, your retreat is held in the wild beauty of the Colorado Rocky Mountains within 1.5 hours of Denver International Airport.
Retreat Venue is selected based on availability. My portfolio of approved venues is available upon request during your application process.
Some basic requirements for the experience:
- Bathtub
- Ensuite bedrooms
- Sauna, steam or hot tub is ideal
- No animal heads on walls or other mounts
- Complete privacy
- Surrounded by nature
- Ideally, you can lie in the sun, make snow angels, dance under the full moon, yell at the top of your lungs, sing, or otherwise frolick naked (if you desired to really let out your wild woman nature)

PREPARATION:
This is the get to know you and prepare your body and energy phase of the process.
We will work virtually via Zoom and Voxer to begin orienting to the container and each other.
The Virtual Preparation Sessions are tailored to your needs.
They often include consultation, energy healing work, somatic practices to support your journey, an opportunity for you to share your story, and ask questions. We will also go over your preferred foods, scents, colors, flowers to optimize the surroundings during your stay.
These sessions are designed for us to begin orienting to each other, so by the time you arrive in Denver, there is a sense of safety, comfort, and familiarity.
CEREMONY - IN PERSON:
Day 1: I pick you up from Denver International Airport or somewhere in Denver (if you have arrived early)
- We arrive at our beautiful AirBnb and you enjoy a free afternoon to unwind from traveling and settle in.
- After a nourishing, grounding meal, a massage, (and maybe a hot bath) it's off to bed.
Day 2: Somatic Ceremony Day
- full day of healing sessions (details available upon request)
Day 3: Somatic Ceremony Day

Day 4: Integration Day
- This will be tailored to your needs as you begin to recalibrate your embodiment to the new layers of your being
Day 5: Departure
- I will take you back to Denver International Airport or anywhere within an hour of Denver (if you choose to stay in Colorado for a few days).

INTEGRATION:
Integration is the most important part of this process. It takes time for the bioenergetic functions of your body to respond to the work we did during retreat. It takes time for your physiology to transform. During integration, I will work with you to anchor in the healing and gifts you have received, support you as you adjust to your new way of being, and ensure processes that started during your retreat are completing, which prevents relapse.
The healing processes initiated in Ceremony do not stop when you leave, but continues to unfold for days, weeks, even months following Ceremony. Sometimes clients reach out a year later to share that more healing is coming through for them.
We will work together in Voxer and Zoom during the 2 month Integration process.
A minimum of 1 call following your retreat and 1 call to close out the container is required.

SOMATIC CEREMONY REQUIREMENTS
*If you prefer an experience without the FOUNDATION requirement, please inquire about the Metamorphosis (7 month & 2x+ financial investment of Somatic Ceremony)*
- Completion of FOUNDATION by your retreat - this is crucial for both your retreat and integration process.
- Currently practicing a minimum of 1 Embodiment of Integrative Pelvic Care session per week - if you are unable to sit through this you will not be able to sustain the presence required during the retreat.
- Time, space & energy for deep transformative work - I recommend a day or two before and after your retreat for preparation, travel, and integration before returning to a full schedule.
- Not looking for a quick, surface level fix - this is like a plant medicine journey with the medicine of your body. It's deep. It will change how your body functions. You must have the capacity to hold that.
- No IUD - I am unable to safely manipulate womb position or work internally when IUD's are in place.
- Not pregnant or planning to become so until after your retreat. This is an exceptional container for preparing to conceive in a conscious and magical way.
- Not under the illusion that I am going to magically fix you. Your participation and presence is required. This is a co-creative process.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Denver is at 5,280' in elevation (Welcome to the Mile Hi City!). Retreat venues are typically higher.
If you have a history with altitude sickness, or come from a lower elevation, this is something to be mindful of.
Because we are doing healing work, not going out to climb a mountain or ski, my clients are often less impacted by the altitude.
Drinking lots and lots of water before and during your travels helps curve the impact of altitude (we will discuss this during preparation). You may also elect to come in a couple of days early to acclimate.
Most of my clients have no issue but please feel into how this might impact your experience! IF you feel as if the altitude might be an issue and you would like to explore hosting your retreat in another location, please send me a message. I'm happy to accommodate that. In the case of hosting outside of Colorado, additional charges apply for my time and travel.
Non-sexual therapeutic healing touch and intention
I do not facilitate orgasm for my clients. The pelvic work I offer is myofascial and structural focused - not tantric yoni massage or trigger point therapy.
Hygiene & Draping
I wear gloves for intra-oral, intra-vaginal, and/or intra-anal bodywork. Everything is cleaned and wiped down after sessions. I wash my hands regularly. I use proper draping during bodywork.
Yes, I facilitate magic, I do shamanic work, and I am a professional that takes this work and your safety very seriously.

WHY I'M SO PASSIONATE ABOUT SHARING THIS WORK WITH WOMEN OF THE WORLD...
Circa 2013 I lived on 1600mg++ of ibuprofen AND took muscle relaxers every day.
I suffered from chronic headaches, neck pain, jaw pain, sciatica, low back pain from bulging discs, abnormal paps, debilitating menstrual pain, and numbness during sex.
- Sometimes I hurt so badly that I would throw up.
- I felt ashamed and embarrassed by my existence.
- I was disgusted by my body.
- I had deep insecurities and felt like I was unworthy of anything better.
- I was afraid to express myself, I was afraid to be seen.
Doctors suggested back surgery when I was 22 - I politely declined.
They scratched their head at my headaches, and assured me my other pains were normal, female problems, and I could "manage".
- Society told me that some women just don't experience sexual pleasure like men do, and I believed it.
- I survived physical abuse as a child, years of emotional abuse, domestic violence, horse riding accidents, a car accident, and sexual assault.
- After my youngest sister died by suicide, I was initiated into a deep understanding of the impact trauma has on the body, and specifically female physiology (how the body functions).
