The following in person experiences are reserved for UNITY members & repeat retreat clients.
You have prepared your body to receive deeply - meeting yourself in ways that only you can.
Now you're called to go deeper... You're prepared to access the parts of you that require sacred space holding, co-regulation, and hands on support. This is the work that only WE can do begins.
In person experiences are curated to provide the emotional, physical & spiritual components required for irreversible tranformation.
We don't just release old patterns— we create new ones by building the neurological and structural saffolding necessary to hold you in becoming the Free Spirit Living®. This is identity work at a cellular level.
01 | SERIES OF BESPOKE SESSIONS
For women local to Colorado or able to travel here regularly (minimum of 1x / month).
Exclusively for UNITY members & repeat 1:1 clients.
A series of 3 or more x 3 hour sessions allows spaciousness for true transformation to unfold.
Sessions are offered on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
Investment: $1500+
02 | DAY IMMERSION
Ceremonial healing to receive targeted hands on support & precise guidance.
Exclusively for UNITY members & repeat retreat clients.
This full day immersion may include ceremony, structural and shamanic body work, energy healing, and coaching to deepen the healing processes you have initiated at home.
Immersions are offered on Wednesdays from 10am to 4pm.
Investment: $3500
03 | SOMATIC CEREMONY
1-4 NIGHT ALL INCLUSIVE RETREAT
Ceremonial 1:1 healing experiences ideal for unraveling complex or long term emotional & physical patterns.
Exclusively for UNITY members & repeat retreat clients.
These all inclusive experiences offer unparallelled transformation through hands on structural and shamanic body work, plant medicine, and holistic lifestyle support.
Ceremonial Retreats are offered Monday - Friday.
RT Airport Transfer (from Denver International Airport), Meals, Ceremony, & Lodging are included.
Every Somatic Ceremony Retreat includes pre & post Zoom Sessions with Caytlyn.

You're coming to the calls. Asking for support. Showing up in the community.
Your life is relatively stable. You have funds to travel to Denver. You can take time off work.

There is something so natural and sacred about entering a medicine woman's space to receive the deepest healing of your life.
It's tended daily with love and devotion. Reciprocity with the land is flowing. The magic is strong.
Need a bath after body work? A cup of tea? Or chocolate out in the yard as you integrate? DONE.
Void of flourescent lighting, white coats, the clank of metal instruments, and clip boards, this is an environment where your nervous system will immediately shed the bracing patterns that arise in traditional office settings.
This is intimate, sacred work we are doing together and honestly? If someone doesn't feel comfortable in my home, I probably have no business putting my hands on or in them - YET. Usually women are quite comfortable with this setting after we get to know eachother in UNITY.

NOTES ABOUT RECEIVING IN DENVER:
- Retreats are hosted between Monday & Friday. Limited to one per month.
- Sessions are offered on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Limited to two per week.
- I have a cat (Jasmine) who is not allowed in the temple / treatment space. She is an indoor / outdoor cat so typically has not set off anyone's allergies, but if you have a serious allergy, consider if this is the right setting for you.
- My partner of 8 years (Hardy) is home in the evenings. You will only see him if you are staying for a multi-day retreat. He is quiet, respectful, and supportive of the retreat process. However, if this is does not feel supportive during your retreat, VIEW ALTERNATIVE RETREAT LOCATIONS HERE.
